30 usefull habbits,which can change your life

  • Wake up and fall asleep in the same time everyday
  • Have breakfast,lunch and dinner at the same time-stomach will say Thank`s to u later
  • Sleep not less than 8 hours a day
  • Before going to bed have a nice walk outdoors and breath with fresh air.Or if u are too lazy for that,just open the window 1 hour before falling asleep.
  • Drink not less than 1.5 litres of water
  • Try to eat vegetables and fruits every day
  • Spend not more than 2 hours at the Internet a day(yeah...not gonna work,I guess)
  • Tease yourself from time to time(For girls it can be shopping,masks,spa...For guys new game or bowling)
  • Take a picture of every day when u felt happy
  • Jog in the mornings
  • Do hoola-hoop 15 min a day(I do it,btw,and it really works!)
  • Smile more often
  • Learn 5 new foreign words a day
  • Every week clean your room from the things you don`t need already
  • Stop eating fast-food
  • Listen to music often
  • Learn something new every day
  • Read at least 10-15 pages every day
  • Spend at least an hour with your parents or relatives
  • Tell compliments to people
  • Walk straight.No one likes humps
  • Stop smoking
  • Begin writing a diary
  • Economy your money
  • Begin doing yoga or dancing
  • Think about good thinks and they will come true!
  • Have breakfast like a king,lunch like a prince and dinner like a poor man
  • Don`t judge yourself too strict
  • Don`t spend your energy on gossips
  • Spend more time with the one who is elder than 60 and younger than 6
